Tony Stark
[The camera switches on to Tony Stark in his home basement lab. It's a bit bare but the computers are on, there's a small robot standing off to the side and he is wearing the boots and gloves of his suit.]

Testing in 4, 3, 2, 1

[The boots of the suit fire up a little faster than Tony planned and he's slammed into the ceiling and back to the floor. As he hits the floor the blasters on the gloves he's wearing goes off. There's a blast of white-blue energy and the far wall has a giant hole in the concrete and the cliff face. Through the hole the beach can be seen. At the time of the explosion the lights flicker, everything goes black and then there's the whir of noise and lights come back on. All over the City in random places the power is out. The apartment next door might have power while yours is out or the block is blacked out but the next one over is fine.]

Mr. Stark, shall I call the hospital?

No, it's fine. I was thinking of putting a pair of French doors somewhere anyway.

[He groans, grumbles and slowly sits up unbuckling the gloves as he does]

Very well, Mr. Stark. It seems as though that explosion knocked out power throughout the City

[Another groan as Tony scrubs his hands over his face.] I guess I'll have to apologize.

The device is recording, Mr. Stark and has been for the entirety of this testing session.

I swear I'm going to play with magnets near your hard drive.

[He almost looks sheepish as he addresses the network]

My bad. I'll have power restored in a couple of hours at the most

Hardison, Miss Rushman, I need you both here now.

[ooc: As previously stated you get to choose if your power is out. It will be out for about two hours before Tony gets it 'restored'. Feel free to react however]

Tony Stark
[Tony is out on the streets in a pair of jeans and a tee shirt. Around his left hand he's got a very thrown together, dirty, quick hand piece that is tied into the arc reactor in his chest. He's firing stun level blasts of arc reactor energy through the device at various marks; people vandalizing, stealing and assaulting others. He's got an earpiece in, Jarvis running on his tablet helping him keep track of power levels and monitoring the blasts.

One blast takes down a guy robbing a drugstore. Once he's down, Tony walks over to him, grabs the guy by his wrists and pulls him over to a bike rack.]

Handcuffs. I should have brought them.

⌈Somehow, Mr. Stark, I don't think mink lined handcuffs would be terribly intimidating⌋

Good point. Send a note to Miss Rushman. I want a dozen pairs of handcuffs.

[Another blast downs a guy running with a TV across a street. The guy crumples to the ground and the TV smashes on the pavement making Tony wince at the sound.]

Maybe I should have let him put that down first. You know 'Freeze'.

I'll remind you of that next time, Sir.

[ooc: Feel free to have your character run into him or whatever]

[Tony Stark is sitting in front of a computer in City Solutions. He's wearing a short sleeved pull over shirt that clearly shows the arc reactor in his chest. He's got glasses on and his fingers are flying across a keyboard. He's clearly concentrating on what he is doing which appears to be filling a screen up with lines of code. After a moment he reaches over and picks up a scotch and water, takes a sip then looks at the device]

Should be up and running...

Hello Mr. Stark. Good to see you again.

Hello Jarvis.
